2010 Creative Writing Conference
February 25-28
Sweet Briar's creative writing program is vibrant and energetic, and we want you to join us for a long weekend in February to focus on writing and the community of writers. Short-term intensive residential conferences exist for high school students, graduate students, and independent writers, but generally not for college students. This is an opportunity to take some time away from your ordinary routine in order to get deeply into your own work; it will also introduce you to a number of the best undergraduate writers from colleges and universities all over Virginia, each selected by faculty nominators, to establish a community unlike anything else you'd find outside of an MFA program.
